Stress

I got a score of 6 on my stress test. It said that I need to try so hard to avoid problems that you shy away from challenges. Also that there are few hassles in my life. For the most part, that is true, I'm very relaxed and chill so I don't get stressed out often. Sometimes however I get stressed if I have a lot of things to do in little time. When I get stressed, I usually try to get away from everything and everyone, and just relax by myself, or sleep and eat. Something that also relieves my stress is going to the gym and working out, its my go to thing when mad or upset. I workout a lot, so I stay relaxed all the time. I highly recommend this method!

  3. I am just like you, when I get really stressed I look at the gym to relieve a lot of the pressure of stress off of me or when I am mad/upset.

  4. Having time to yourself relieves a lot of stress, and I definitely agree that physical activity reduces stress.
